As we look towards some of the top movies of 2016 for February and March, it is a fact that there's no shortage of hot titles, hitting the theaters over the next 12 months. Here's a brief glimpse of what's immediately up and coming for moviegoers to look forward to, and what movies to look out for, featuring everyone's favorite stars. Here's one for Ben Stiller fans which is the Paramount sequel to the original that was released in 2001. It tells the story about two male models Hansel (Owen Wilson) and Zoolander (Ben Stiller), who team up once again to save all the world's most beautiful people from being murdered. Based on a screenplay by Justin Theroux and directed by Stiller himself, the movie which also stars Penelope Cruz, Benedict Cumberbatch and Kristen Wiig, was first announced during Paris Fashion week, and now appears to be stirring up a bit of a character controversy amongst human rights activists that are involved in LGBTQ. No publicity is bad publicity!
From the X-Men universe comes Ryan Reynolds starring as Marvel's Merc with the Mouth, in this self-aware superhero Fox spinoff. Directed by Tim Miller, this flick is all about the antihero assassin and also features T.J. Miller as Weasel, Brianna Hildebrand playing the part of Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, along with Leslie Uggams who plays Deadpool's personal confidant, voice of reason, and grouchy sounding board housekeeper, Blind Al.
In a society of animals that is close to resembling our human world, Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman lead the voice talent. Cast as a by-the-book do good bunny and a fast talking dodgy dealing fox, the two forge an unlikely friendship when a mystery is uncovered. Directed by Tangled's Byron Howard and Wreck-It Ralph's Rich Moore with co-director Jared Bush, Jenny Slate, J.K. Simmons, Octavia Spencer and Idris Elba are amongst other familiar voices, that bring this Walt Disney Animation Title to life. It's just one of many top movies of 2016, enjoy!
